New Features

Devis has completed a significant upgrade to AID-Project. The latest version now includes:

  • Support for Fixed Daily Rates (FDR) - This feature allows budgeting from a schedule of fixed labor categories, to supplement the current support for individual consultant or employee daily rates. Reports will allow users to compare FDRs billed to the client with daily rates paid to consultants for profitability reporting.
  • Personnel Documents - For each person in the system, the software now supports multiple document attachments so that any number of personnel documents may be attached to each person -- salary approvals, job descriptions, contracts, travel documents, etc. These personnel documents may then be approved online using AID-Project's standard approval process, just like documents associated with a project action.

Suitable for Projects of All Sizes

AID-Project has an implementation package for any size project:

  • Team Package: Up to 10 users -- includes 5 gigabytes of document storage.
  • Workgroup Package: Up to 30 users -- includes 7 gigabytes of document storage.
  • Professional Package: Up to 100 users -- includes 10 gigabytes of document storage. Blocks of users beyond 100 can be purchased for an additional charge.
