How Do I Buy AID-Project?

Simply match the AID-Project SaaS Package to the size of your project:

  1. Choose an AID-Project SaaS Package. See below.
  2. Select the related services you require: Training, Technical Support, and more,
  3. Contract with Devis for the SaaS Package and Related Services you need,
  4. Start using AID-Project!

Devis will collect some initial configuration information from you — for populating dropdowns, setting approval requirements, onscreen graphics, etc. — and get your AID-Project instance up and running in less than two weeks — or often sooner.


SaaS Packages — Software as a Service

Team Package

  • Up to 10 users,
  • unlimited database size,
  • up to 5 GB of document storage.

Workgroup Package

  • Up to 30 users,
  • unlimited database size,
  • up to 7 GB of document storage.

Professional Package

  • Up to 100 users,
  • unlimited database size,
  • up to 10 GB of document storage

Each SaaS package includes both Setup and Implementation costs (a one-time fee for initial server and application configuration) and the Monthly Service fee which may be paid monthly or annually.
