Training

Training for new users is essential to ensuring that your project gets the maximum benefit from AID-Project. Devis has extensive experience in international software training, and offers a complete AID-Project training package for:

  • Field office users
  • Home office users
  • System administrators
  • USAID users

Technical Support / Help Desk

To make sure your users get the help they need, we offer three technical support packages:

  • Platinum: 160 hours of support* - Response time: four hours or better
  • Gold: 80 hours of support* - Response time: one business day or better
  • Silver: 20 hours of support* - Response time: two business days or better

*All help desk contracts cover one 12-month period, with support provided by email, phone, or online chat.

Business Process and Implementation Analysis (BPIA)

Devis consultants can work with your project staff during the implementation phase to identify project management terminology issues, training requirements and user roles, procedural issues, system integration issues, and operational obstacles.

The BPIA delivers a report on how to best apply AID-Project to a particular organizational situation. An on-site visit to Field and Headquarter offices is required.
